The “Right to be Forgotten” in Japan
I am not a fan of this idea.
I can see some situations when it might be appropriate, but there are a lot more ways this could be abused. It is a subtle way of editing the past and that can be a dangerous thing to do.
Cherry Blossoms in Osaka
Spring has finally gained a foothold in Kansai and while the big Hanami areas are still not in bloom, I did find a small grove of Sakura that are beginning to bloom.
