I wanted to do something a little different and was fortunate to be out and on location in Kyoto. So you can get a peek inside the outbuilding at the Kyoto Budo Center. It’s located over by Heian Shrine and if you get a chance you should take a look to see if anyone is using it. It is pretty impressive.

Good medicine can be very challenging to find here in the land of the rising sun. Things that are pretty common back home can be difficult to find here. It may even be illegal. Be careful about what you bring in and how much of it you have.
